Juan de La Cruz made it 2:0 in the 20th minute and Wilmer Moreno finished off a great cross from Luis Adame a minute later for a 3:0 lead.
Edgar Pacheco scored a cheeky goal in the 30th minute, the culmination of a slick passing sequence through the visitors' defense to make it 4:0.
Dundalk got on the board in the 48th minute, but Paco Gonzalez responded in the 53rd minute to make it 5:1.
Dundalk pulled back another in the 57th minute, and Adrian Ortiz restored the four-goal advantage just after the hour mark. The score went to 6:3 in the 68th minute, as Dundalk continued to battle.
But Warta revved their engine, bagging three more to complete the rout: Ortiz (73rd minute), de la Cruz (84th), and Gonzalez (87th).
