SAC Wisla broke open a game level at halftime with four second-half goals to beat AAC Winged Bull at River Road on Sunday. Konrad Malinowski and Artur Giedroic led the goal parade for Wisla, bagging two apiece.
Wisla needed 31 minutes to break the ice in a contest that saw lots of two-way action to that point. Alex Lulek finished off a ball from the wing. Wisla thought they had gone 2:0 up four minutes later, but the goal was nullified by offside.
Winged Bull equalized in the 36th minute, but the floodgates opened for Wisla just ten minutes after the break, when Malinowski recorded his first tally. Malinowski made it 3:0 in the 60th minute.
Giedroic notched both of his goals six minutes apart in the late stages, sealing victory for Wisla.
